RETURNS

Within 14 days of receipt, you may exercise your right to cancel the contract without giving any reason. To make a return, send the products intact with a set of paper tags to:

Fill in the form to withdraw from the contract – DOWNLOAD. Attach the proof of purchase – receipt or invoice – to the package.

When will I receive a refund?
You will receive a refund within 14 days after we receive the shipment and after the refund request is accepted.

How will I receive the refund?
The funds will be returned to the bank account indicated in the Return Form.

2. enclosing a proof of purchase (fiscal receipt, VAT invoice).
3. enclosing a completed exchange form

The shipping cost is covered by the customer.
